1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of rooms at SB-Pension Berggasse for accommodation purposes, as well as to all related services and deliveries.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of a booking (in writing or electronically). Bookings made via platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb) are deemed accepted once confirmed by the platform.

3. Prices & Payment

The prices valid at the time of booking apply, including applicable taxes and charges. Payment is due according to the selected rate (e.g. prepayment, prior to arrival, upon check-in). Additional services will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation / No-Show

The cancellation policy selected at the time of booking (flexible/non-refundable) applies. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full accommodation price may be charged.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 15:00 via access code; check-out by 11:00. Early or late check-in/out is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

6. Use & Liability

Rooms are intended solely for accommodation. Guests are liable for any damages caused by them. The pension is only liable for intent and gross negligence; no liability is assumed for valuables unless separate safekeeping has been agreed.

7. House Rules

The house rules form part of the contract and must be observed (especially quiet hours, fire safety, and cleanliness of the shared kitchen).

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural events, official orders), the provision of services may be restricted or become impossible without giving rise to claims for damages.

9. Data Protection

Our privacy policy applies. Personal data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b, c, f GDPR.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – the registered office of SB-Pension Berggasse.
